company as an executive and pursued graduate studies in theology and
counseling through Zoe University in

drug and alcohol treatment center. Then, in 1999, a police officer was
shot and killed in the line of duty and Dr. Hampton helped start the Police Chaplain's Corp in St. Joseph, Missouri. Dr.

enforcement motivated him toward the profession and at the age of 40, he
entered the police academy and graduated as the Top Cadet. Dr. Hampton
went on to spend many years as a law enforcement officer obtaining the
rank of police chief and then going on to become the emergency manager
(EMD) for Caldwell County and Hamilton, Missouri.

years of extensive volunteer service at four different Missouri state prisons
where he served as auxiliary chaplain, counselor, and pastor -

to the State of Missouri and pioneered that ministry into Crossroads
Correctional Center (men's maximum security) and Chillicothe
